Covenant of Mayors - Thematic Workshop at EUROCITIES 2009 Stockholm
The workshop will take place on Thursday 26 November 17.00-18.00, in the Clarion Sign Hotel (main venue of the conference). You can now register on the Covenant of Mayors website.
EUROCITIES invites its members, partners and all conference attendants to this Covenant of Mayors thematic workshop. The central topic is ‘Financial Assistance for Implementing the Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP).’
Financial assistance for implementing the Action Plan is a key element to the successful achievement of the Covenant commitments. Mr Pedro Ballesteros of DG TREN, also member of the EUROCITIES Awards 2009 jury, will explain financial assistance mechanisms and will provide attendants with a comprehensive outlook of the financial possibilities for implementing the SEAP’s.
The workshop is free of charge and open to everyone. Please note that participants who registered for the EUROCITIES event are required to register for this workshop additionally.
