Conference package
The participation fee for the EUROCITIES 2009 Stockholm is
• SEK 2940 for delegates from cities in EU member states, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, which is approximately equivalent to €280,
• SEK 1890 for delegates from cities in other European countries, which is approximately equivalent to €180
The fee should be paid in advance and includes
• transport to and from the airport, hotel and conference venues,
• the Welcome reception,
• the two days of conference including the deep dives, speednetworking session/Mayors’ Debate, Gala dinner and Awards ceremony in the Blue Hall
• Stieg Larsson’s Millennium Walk
Hotel accommodation is not included in the participation fee but can be arranged through our registration site.
Cancellation of registrations
50% of the participation fee will be charged if the registration is cancelled before 1 November 2009.
100% of the participation fee if the registration is cancelled after 1 November 2009.
It is possible to amend a registration, at no cost, by changing the name of the participant.

Hotel Cancellations
Changes/cancellations to confirmed reservations prior to 1 October will be accommodated with an administration fee of 500 SEK (45 EUR). In case of cancellations after the above mentioned deadlines, the cost of cancelled nights will be charged to your credit card.
