The Stockholm Appeal on Climate Change has now been handed over to Deputy Prime Minister of Sweden and Minister of Energy and Enterprise Maud Olofsson, representing the EU Presidency, and Robert Silverman, Chargé d'affaires at the US Embassy in Stockholm, representing the Obama Administration.
